Hi Eugene, good to hear from you, very long time no see  

1. Problem was located between chair and desktop: I had some SDL files still open, that's why install didn't work

2. In my SDL licence account, I have been assigned a software and maintenance agreement SMA until 22 March 22. When I try to proceed through that official channel, I get nowhere. But it is ok for me to use the community.

3. The wiki reference is right here on the business manager community start page (second last line):

In order to be able to use the SMA contract, please log in on the SDL account and switch to the account with "_BaccS". You will find the "Get Support" button on the Support & education + Support tab.
