Feature Request: Clickable URLs in Termbase Viewer

Hello Development Team,

I would like to request that URLs entered in the Termbase Viewer be recognized as clickable links.

Currently, URLs are displayed as plain text and cannot be opened directly, requiring manual copy and paste into a browser.

Enabling clickable links would make it easier to access reference materials.

Thank you for your consideration.

Which viewer exactly do you mean? The term recognition window in the Editor? Then yes, I would absolutely support this.

In MultiTerm itself, you can already make links clickable, and these would then also be clickable in the termbase viewer in the Editor, as far as I know.

I was referring to the Termbase Viewer (the detailed window that opens when you click “View term details” in the Term Recognition window), rather than the Term Recognition window itself.

That said, I agree it would also be useful to have clickable links in the Term Recognition window.

I wasn’t aware that URLs can already be made clickable in MultiTerm. However, I believe it would be more convenient if URLs were clickable by default.Slight smile
