Not able to create a new publication ?

Hi,

I was configuring few XML setting file in the SDL knowledge center 2016 SP1 version.

After making some metadata changes not I am not able to create a publication output inside the SDL.

I am getting an error message like below

Error message in a web application on Google Chrome indicating an invalid XML. The message states 'Trisoft InfoShare Components Settings Status PublicationOutputStatusConfiguration contains invalid XML. The version differs with the expected version 1.0'.

I am not sure where to look into it. Is this particular error linked to any specific file.

    Hi Ram,

    To allow more disclosure than one would expect in this public forum, I would advise you to log a support issue where you can share
    . share the customer you are trying to upgrade, with potential history on customization
    . share the exact version from/to you upgraded, including DBUT logging
    . share a database dump
    . share configuration and customization files
    . the exact steps that let you to this situation
    . etc

    In general, the publication statusses and workflow are fixed for all fielded releases of the product. There is no possibility to customize these yet as too many components depend on it.
