Tridion Docs 14SP4 was not validated for Windows 11. That happened in Tridion Docs 15. See compatibility table for inspiration RWS Documentation. I cannot seem to remember major issues, but the .3SPUB file registration (the file you open after download from the Web Client) might no longer be registered to the Publication Manager application.

In future Tridion Docs 15.1 Organize Space the open-in-Publication-Manager action will return, and it will no longer be done over a file extension (like .3SPUB) but over a registered protocol instead.

Hi Dave,

Thanks for your response. We looked at this today and did find that the .3SPUB file was no longer registered to the Pub Manager app. When we changed that setting, the action worked again. So not related to new Win 11 laptop deployment. Yay!

I am glad to hear this is going to be available in Tridion Docs 15.1 as this is heavily used in our organization.
