Our customer has exported the XML files from Tridion but cannot find the DTD file, do you know where/how client can find the DTD file in Tridion?

Hi Claudia,
The necessary catalog/DTDs or even schema/XSD files are centrally stored on the server... so the best place to collect them is on that application server at C:\InfoShare\WebDITA\Author\ASP\DocTypes\ or similar.
When using the Tridion Docs Client Tools (like Publication Manager, Oxygen Authoring Bridge, XMetaL Authoring Bridge,...) these files are synchronized to the client. It depends then on the Tridion Docs product involved if it is in an SDL or RWS folder. You can start looking at %LOCALAPPDATA%\RWS\InfoShare Client\
