I sent a publication to a reviewer in Review Space. She commented and I responded to her comments. Now I have fixed the issues. How do we mark the comments as Resolved? Is there any online help for Collective space? I am also not sure if I have to refresh the link or if the reviewer can use the same link I sent initially.
We have a workflow that involves the author resolving the comment in Draft Space, however, if they forget to formally resolve the change be marking it Resolved before deleting the problem content, we end up with "orphan" comments on the Review tab that cannot be resolved. I wish the Review tab interface would let you resolve one or more comments there so that the items can be removed from the database. Anyone have any tricks for this?
