2 weeks ago we indeed had some issues with our mailserver and notifications were impacted but that was 2 weeks ago. For me everything is working.

Please let me know if this reply still doesn't triggers a notification.

Hi Ann,

I will have one of our tech guys look into it to see if he can find out when and to what account the email notifications are send. I don't think it's not something on the community platform side but somewhere on your (company-) email filter side. Maybe these notifications got labeled as spam or something and do not arrive in your email box. I am pretty sure they are send. (for example I found your reply above as notification in my email box :-))
