Anyone have example code for using ConditionManagement API?

The documentation seems to be a bit sparse. Specifically I'm wondering about the XML structure required for psXMLChanges.

    We would really appreciate your use cases (perhaps through direct email if confidential for your customer)?

    In general we have plans on really handling this differently, a breaking change. It is one of our last API version 1.0 (It never moved into 2.0 or 2.5 territory, etc)

    So any history what already was implemented plus plans on what you like to implement, please share.
