Easy tutorial for non-tech people...

Hi everyone,

As a technologically-challenged individual, I'm struggling with the basic concepts of SDL Tridion Docs. I'm in the flower delivery business, which is not exactly a "cutting-edge" field, and we recently joined a big network to share orders, documentation, etc. using that platform. Our counterparts are based in Austria and have some experience with the platform, but it is entirely new to me. Is there any tutorial out there that would provide examples as to what exactly SDL achieves and how it's implemented? We're supposed to transition from our end and it is proving difficult to understand.

    SDL does have eLearning available. Perhaps that would help. You can reach out to your SDL account manager and they can provide you with all the information. The documentation is online; however, I realize that it is pretty technical. I'll give you the link anyhow, in case you want to dig into it. https://docs.sdl.com and then select Tridion Docs or Knowledge Center (depending on which version of the product you are running.)
