Has anyone integrated DITA-OT 2.4.6 or higher in SDL Knowledge Center?

Question

The documentation indicates that SDL Knowledge Center compatible only up to OT 1.8.5, but I'd like to know if anyone has integrated newer versions of the OT. If so, what adjustments did you need to make to the output format?

Yes this has already been done. 
Please have a look at the following thread: community.sdl.com/.../12267 (Installing DITA-OT 2.x) which provides also the items that need to be adjusted in order to have it working. 
 
These exclude the changes required to enable the new DITA-OT in the UI as selection criteria. Basically extending the metadataconfig.xml file in order to have the new DITA-OT implementation available as a valid selection criteria in the Output Format Properties dialogs.
