Need help extracting large number of DITA XML content files out of SDL Pub Manager 11.1

This question has not been answered yet, but Paul Filkin kindly moved me to this correct forum.

As I see some others were able to use scripts to import a large number of files, I am looking for info (a script or other) about how to extract about 20k DITA XML content files out of an older version of SDL (Pub Manager 11.1) in a batch rather than in small numbers manually, which will take too long for our immediate time constraints.

We are looking to move these files to an FTP server while we prepare to migrate them to a diff auth environment. Any scripts or info you can provide will be very helpful. Thanks

    Hi Susan,

    "SDL (Pub Manager 11.1)" is a Client Tool that belongs to the product "SDL LiveContent Architect 2014" (at least that is how it was named back then). So I understand that you want to export quite a big amount of XML files from the Component Content Management System (CCMS).
    Can you be more explicit on what the starting entity is of your export; e.g. full repository, a certain folder and sub folders, certain publications, or publication outputs (so specific languages and resolutions)?
