Permissions for users to use ManTra but not the TMS, and to only see their organizations' jobs in ManTra.

Can I give permissions to users to ManTra to view only their organizations? I'd like to give them permissions to ManTra, but not to the TMS.  This is so they can upload jobs and create files, then provide in-country reviews. These are our internal customers who regularly need to submit files for jobs.

    Hi Gina,

    yes, permissions for what users see in ManTra are set in the TMS backend via user groups. You can limit what users who are part of a specific user group see in ManTra. If you only want them to see jobs and data for their organization this can be implemented. Technically, ManTra users can also log on to TMS if they know or are given the URL, but even then you can restrict them to only see the inbox for example.
