Perhaps the video you have isn't supported?  Can you share the video or at least tell us what format it is?

Hello, unfortunately, neither of the recent updates to the subtitling plugin and the whole Trados suite resolved my issue.

I appreciate that it really is MY issue, judging by the absence of “me too” responses. Yet I’d still prefer to have it resolved.

Is there no way of finding out what the dependencies are, for example? No way of perusing a log of some sort that would indicate the moment where the integration of a video file goes pear-shaped?

I think the easiest way to start helping would be if you could share some more information so we have some idea of what you are seeing.  Ideally a video recording of how you are creating your project and what the issue looks like, but if you cannot do that some screenshots would be helpful as well as an explanation of how you are going through the project creation process... step by step.

The PC used is a 3 GHz Core i3-10100T, with 16 GB RAM, running up-to-date Win 10 Pro, LAN a gigabit, if ever it has any bearing on the issue.

I have tried with a video file stored on a local drive. Same result.
