How can you change the user name that appears in the editor window of SDL Studio 2015 comments?

No matter what name I set for the TM User ID under Setup>Users, all comments I insert into translations are always labelled as coming from user "jan_000".

This is really annoying and potentially, especially when I am leaving the comments for someone else. How can I change this?

    We have had these discussion before in other incarnations of yourself... why don't you put the things you are so proud of on the appstore? I know you don't like having to use the signing procedure and I know you created a small script to automatically click the unsigned plugin message away, but this is innappropriate for our userbase.

    The whole purpose of the plugin signing is to provide our users with some confidence that we have checked the plugin to make sure there is nothing in there that might be detrimental to their software, or even to their personal data. The signing of the plugins is free, we do it quickly, and then you can openly share anything you think will be helpful using the plugin architecture that we have created which allows you to do these things.

    Even if your tiny tool doesn't use the plugin architecture the same logic applies. You are not playing in a freeware do it yourself environment. This is a commercial environment where users expect to be using software that has been verified as safe for their business needs.

    I totally agree the idea has been there for ages and I wish we'd done it already too. But we have a lot of things to do and this one has never had a priority that means it gets looked at above anything else. It's easy for one man to create all kinds of things when they have no checks and balances, no need to consider anything other than creating a small utility made in any uncontrolled manner they wish and written in any way they wish. That's great and is the benefit of the environment we provide... so don't forget that!

    But please, either put the things you wish to share on the appstore or stop offerring them through this community.

    SDL is doing lots, lots and lots of thing and will have to do more than that just like before.
    So, Yes, I am not expecting anything from SDL though I have my own needs, lot of them.

    Only one Solution : make my own tool

    Let me make clear one thing.
    "I do not twisting Your arms".
    If and only If You want something to be achieved.
    And fortunately I have attained it already, I just give you a tiny tip.

    For this specific case, How long SDL is going to make customers wait until they can change the name of comment maker ?
    Another 14/28 months ?

    My tool have already achieved its purpose.
