Unable to Create New Projects – Maximum Project Limit Reached After Deleting Existing Projects

ello,

I am unable to create new projects in Trados Studio because it indicates that I have reached the maximum number of projects.

I have already deleted many old projects, but Trados still behaves as though they exist. As a result, I cannot create any new projects.

What I have already tried

  • Deleted old projects from Trados Studio.
  • Restarted Trados Studio.
  • Verified that the projects were no longer listed.
  • The problem still persists.

Fran from the Licensing Team advised me to post my issue here so it can be investigated by the Support Team.

Could you please advise:

  • Why does Trados still think I have reached the maximum number of projects?
  • Is there a way to rebuild or reset the project list?
  • Are there any files or folders that should be cleared to resolve this issue?

Please let me know if you need any additional information, screenshots, or log files.

Thank you for your assistance.

Sorry, no clue about the online version. But typically the best solution in unclear cases like this one is a full restart of your PC. This might solve the problem. If not, check how to clear the cache of your browser used. As I am not an expert on this, simply ask Google "how to clear the cache of Browser XYZ".
