Hello, occasionally our team cannot export the SDLXLIFF as Word file. It either throws a message of not finding the dependency file
or it does allow the export but the exported file is corrupted and this is shown.
We cannot think of why this happens and how to solve it. Any ideas?

I could not find a license linked to the email you used on the community, so I could not verify whether your company has an active support contract or not.
The error you indicated generally appears when the antivirus deletes the dependency file - the equivalent of the source file embedded in SDLXLIFF, you can read more about this here and how to try to fix it, please pass the information to your colleagues:

It also is advised to close the file if you are not working on it and to make sure that Trados is added to the exceptions in your antivirus settings.
