I am writing this to let whoever at RWS that follows this group, know that I am experiencing major problems with AutoSuggest.

The problems started after I installed the most recent version: Trados Studio 2024 SR1 - 18.1.4.6694. I estimate that it is costing me a 30% decline in productivity.

AI provided me with some hacks, among others to shorten or lengthen the minimum number of letters for the feature to search for. It worked OK the first time, but since then Studio only picks suggestions from Fragment matches, and not AutoSuggest dictionaries like it used to. Dictionaries, I might add, that have worked fine ever since the launch of AutoSuggest. And, in case you wonder, everything was done at plattform level via Options, not at project level.

I should not have to rely on hacks to make such an important feature (to me at least) work as intended, and I am looking forward to a new release soon that will fix this and other (lesser) problems I find that the latest version has introduced.

It should also be noted that the first time I tried to post this, the page hung,
