Trados 2022 does not start up anymore because of message Failed to add window command bar extension. I have tried earlier suggestions but folders etc. do not exist anymore or cannot be opened. .

Trados 2022 does not start up anymore because of message Failed to add window command bar extension. I have tried earlier suggestions but folders etc. do not exist anymore or cannot be opened. .
I cannot find a Trados 2022 license linked to the email you are using on the Community forum or to a user with your name in our system, what I can see is that you have an Annual Saver subscription for Trados Freelance, which means you already have the installers for Trados 2026.
With a subscription you are always on the latest edition of Trados.
