Missing confirmation email for Trados Studio 2026 webinar registration

Question

I tried to register for the following webinar about Studio 2026 with Daniel Brockmann several times but got no mail confirmation ever (really no mail: I got a confirmation on the website that my registration was sent, but no confirmation by mail, nor any reminder ever). https://www.trados.com/de/events/webinars/07-2026/neuerungen-bei-trados-studio-2026/ Is that a known problem? I never had such problems with Trados webinars before. 
 (I know that there will be a recording. But I want to just let you know because I have no idea whom to contact about that problem specifcally. And I want to make sure that I can register again for other webinars in the future.)
