I have the exact same problem; https://community.rws.com/product-groups/trados-portfolio/f/licensing/57240/no-internet-connection-after-upgrading-from-studio-2021-to-2024.
I upgraded Studio 2021 to the 2026 Release a week ago. It worked until today.
