Term Recognition does not detect a term

Question

Hi! 
 I am using Trados Studio 2024 SR1 - 18.1.4.6694. 
 The Term Recognition detects only some of the terms. If I try to add the already existing term, I get the pop-up asking if I want to edit the term entry as entry already exist. 
 I have already reorganized the termbase. 
 How to solve it?

 Please try to recreate the termbase:
