This is a problem I am experiencing since updating to Studio 2024, a completely frozen application that can not be terminated, not even in the task manager. I have had similar problems before in previous versions of Studio, but was always able to terminate it in the task manager at least. However, now I need to restart my computer completely. I can start Studio 2024 again and work in the newly opened program, but the old one is stuck on my screen (in this case, the find and replace window is open as well and on top of all other programs and can't be moved or closed). And eventually, the secondly opened version will crash as well. I just updated to the latest version (Trados Studio 2024 SR1 - 18.1.4.6694) in the hope that this would solve my problems. Alas, it's still happens quite frequently, without any warning or error message.
