We are experiencing issues with TRADOS 2024 which prevent us from using it and forced us to reinstall an older version.

 It seemed that Trados 2024 had installed correctly, but we face the following issues:

• When I double-click on a return package, Trados opens a new window but does not open the package
• The same thing happens if I double-click to open a project (.sdlproj) that has already been created, for example by a colleague. It opens a new Trados window, but the project does not open.
• When clicking on certain functions, the programme freezes and stops responding.

We would be very grateful if someone who had the same experience could tell us how these issues can be fixed.
