This gobbledigook message appears at my very first attempt to actually translate a file in my newly (and dearly) purchased TS 2024.
I need help with this urgently.
I tried using my TS2022 version instead and this version simply shuts down when I confirm the first segment.
This may have to do with the installation of the Information Box plugin your support section helped me with recently.
Nothing is working and the deadline is today.
The amount of hoops one is required to jump through to actually generate som income for oneself from this ridiculously expensive tool is ludicrous.

A reset might help you with this--> Workaround 2 from this article Repairing your installation of Trados Studio.

Thank you, but I would like to protest that this is the third or fourth time this installation needs repairing. I tried it myself with TS 2022 after installing Information Box which caused a crash. Your support team got it up and running again and installed the plugin again without TS crashing. But now I discover that although TS opens, I cannot use it.
In the process I upgraded to TS 2024 thinking that my 2022 version was irreparably broken, and now I can't use that version either. I feel I have wasted my money.
