Only the wizzard opens. Renaming Sudio18 folder etc. doesn't help, the problem is otherwise. Bogdan Valean solved the problem in December, but I think I need to know how I can do it myself, because the problem is recurring. Thanks!

Hi Elisa, thanks! I do have some specific questions: What's happening when it goes wrong? Can I do something about it? (don't open Trados in two instances, but that happens automatically). The chosen solution was: KB0039270 : Reset Trados Studio to its default state. Could I learn how to do that myself? Is Trados working on an update to prevent this from happening? Would it be useful to reinstall Trados 2017 as a back-up, just in case?
