Trados Studio 2024 SR1 - 18.1.3.6657 shuts down in the same segments

Hello there,

I have been experiencing occasional crashes with Trados Studio 2024 on specific segments, to the point where I could pass the mouse over it. This segments are full of tags. And when a segment is "corrupted" Trados shuts down with no messages and I'm not able to complete the task, unless I leave the corrupted segment untouched.

It crashes mostly when I work on InDesign files.

I tried to repair, uninstall, reinstalled and nothing worked. I also try to disabled the TM and Termbase, but nothing has changed. I noticed that when I go under View, and try to select

the green checkmark and that with red X the tags remain the same in this files.

My computer : Windows 11 Pro 64 bits, version 25H2 , 16 GB of RAM, 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1135G7 @ 2.40GHz (2.42 GHz)

Trados version : Trados Studio 2024 SR1 - 18.1.3.6657

Could you help me to fix thi problem?

Thank you!

If certain segments are infected and the source file is IndDsign, try to open the idml in InDesign and reexport it as idml again. Tons of tags are very untypical for InDesign files, these are mostly nearly tag free, if created properly.
