Does anybody know of any function or tool, which allows one to analyse one or more files without the need to create a project in Trados?
My goal is very basic, I just want to generate an analysis report - I don't need language combination, TMs, pre-translation, etc. nothing at all. Simply analyse the file(s) and have an XML-report. Like this:

Yep... at least one! You could try Practicount - https://practiline.com/
The downside of this useful tool is that it won't be exactly the same as a Trados analysis as it is only going to count words, and it won't handle as many filetypes. But if your needs are simple I think it's a good tool, and especially useful if you work with multiple CAT tools as you'll be able to keep all your analysis and invoicing on the basis of one tool.
But having said this... the advice from Jerzy is sound and for most people just maintaining a project that's already created just for an analysis is a simple task.
