Editor issue within Trados Studio 2024 SR2 Termbase Viewer

You cannot use Ctrl-C and Ctrl-V to cut and paste within Trados Studio 2024 SR2 Termbase Viewer.

I recently wanted to add a Term after accessing the Termbase Viewer and realized that I could not copy the existing term to have it into the buffer (Ctrl-C) and paste it into a new term (Ctrl-V).

The buffer kept the most recent value from a previous copy (Ctrl-C) and would not be refreshed and replaced by the existing term I wanted to paste.over (Ctrl-V).

Can you check I am not hallucinating or et me know what I need to do.

I posted this a while ago and no human at RWS got back to me yet with a solution or even recognizing the issue.

Apologies... it's easy to miss posts in a public forum with no guarantees of support.  The best way to be sure is to have a support contract and then you don't rely on the good will of any user replying in their own time.  It also helps to create sample files as I did in the other post - makes it much more likely to get a response as it doesn't take so much time out of anyone's day to mock up the problem you're describing.
