Apologies... it's easy to miss posts in a public forum with no guarantees of support.  The best way to be sure is to have a support contract and then you don't rely on the good will of any user replying in their own time.  It also helps to create sample files as I did in the other post - makes it much more likely to get a response as it doesn't take so much time out of anyone's day to mock up the problem you're describing.

I have a bad new after the latest upgrade (incidentally I have to thank the team to have fixed my Aptos font issue with that new release)
