Can you tell us more?  It's a bit hard to help you without some detail.  For example:

1. what version of Trados are you using?
2. In fact what is Trados for you?  For all I know you might be using Trados Go and not Trados Studio which is where you posted.
3. What is the filetype you are working with?
4. How did you create your project... and what kind of project?
5. How are you trying to save the translation?
6. what happens when you try to save the translation?
7. do you get an error?
8. if you get an error what is it?  What does it say?

Thank you for your reply.So:

1. I am using Trados Studio 2024
2. For me Trados is the translation program I use everyday to translate.
3. What is the filetype you are working with?
4. I work for a translation company for 29 years now. They send me the package, I extract it and send them the translated return package.
5. Using Crl S as i always have
6. When I finish a job I save it using Ctr+S. Imediately after that I get a message asking me if I want to save the changes I made.
7. and 8. Not really....Only this:

Does it save as usual if you select File (ribbon) > Save (menu)?

Good to hear this though... although I did mean Trados Studio, Trados Go, Trados Enterprise etc... which Trados?  I see it's Trados Studio now you shared a screenshot.

What happens if you say yes?  How many files do you have open?  The message seems to be letting you know that you have changes in more than one document and it's making sure you don't save something you don't want to.
