Trados Studio 2024 SR1 18.1.2.6370 has stop recognizing the target language and underlines EVERY WORDS in red!
All language pairs have been checked out and they match, we have uninstalled and reinstalled Studio desktop and look at all options...
Does somebody know how to reset the languages so the eyes of the translator stop « bleeding »?

Hi! I'm having a similar problem. I have tried all of the steps provided, but nothing has worked.
Trados underlines words even when I correct them (after it marks them as an error). Sometimes it even underlines full sentences.
I'm currently using the latest version "Trados Studio 2024 SR1 - 18.1.2.6370".
Windows 11 on Parallels Desktop.
Microsoft 365.
Target language is set correctly for the project.
I use the Word spell check, check as I write.
Any help would be much appreciated.

The most simple solution would be restarting the PC. Have you tried this?

I suggest you create a new thread and explain everything you have tried as well as the details behind you problem. Then if we don't have a solution we'll be able to convert the thread into a support case for you. When you piggy back on another thread we can't do this.

I believe it is the same problem as the initial one posted here, but I can definitely copy and paste in a new thread.
If it was the same problem then this should have helped:
**Step 2:** **Reset Non-Project Related Settings**
- Close Trados Studio.
- Navigate to the following folder: `C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Trados\Trados Studio\18`.
- Rename the `Studio18` folder to `Studio18_old`. This will reset your settings.
- Restart Trados Studio and check if the issue persists.

Make sure you provide screenshots and clearly note the languages of the project you're working with and the spell checker you're using.
