Studio 2024 recognizes a given term in Editor and then doesn't show either the term or its translation in Term Recognition pane. It keeps saying "Searching for terms ..."

Hi, 
 Sorry to bother you guys. I know software support is extra hard work. Studio 2024 recognizes a given term in Editor and then doesn't show either the term or its translation in Term Recognition pane. It keeps saying "Searching for terms ...". This happens all the time in this SDLXLIFF inside the agency's package. I have tried "Re-set window layout", to no avail. I get this error pattern in both Translation Mode and the Review Mode that I need to use. 
 
 My version number is SR1 18.1.2.6370.

The RWS Support Agent Virgil sorted this out without a remote session. A cloud-based termbase was at fault. I have detached it from the package.
