It has been several weeks that I am experiencing issues with "Parameter is not valid"....and while I did post a message on the community log, I never got a reply.
Could you please help me as I am in the middle of a large project, and am unable to use my keyboard using Trados.

You must have had a more complete error message than that. "Parameter is not valid" is more of a headline, but that could appear for any number of reasons. When you get than error again please copy the full error message ... or better still save the message by clicking on the small disk symbol you probably have in the bottom left of the error that pops up. Save that to your desktop and then attach to your response.
That way we might have a better idea about where the problem could be coming from.
