Fuzzy matches leveraged from TM:
My questions are:
1, Is this reasonable? The first letter case change will cause lower matching rate?
2, Is it possible to raising the matching rate of the 2nd match?
I have tried to remove all penalites in TM setting, and upgrade my TM(even created a new TM with only these two entries), but nothing changed. And I am using Trados Studio 2022.
Please check the penalty applied to that particular TM in your Project Settings.
With a penalty of 20 I get a similar value to yours:

If you hover your mouse over the 66% orange box in Translation Results window, do you see any tooltip?
For example, I see that there is a 20% penalty applied to my file-based TM:
No, only "Score: **", no other text
Could you please upload a ZIP file with the Trados Studio project file, the TM and the XLIFF? I’ll try to repro here…

Thanks for the ZIP file. I had a look at it, and I couldn’t find why, so I end up thinking that’s the way Trados Studio works. I even created new projects in both Trados Studio 2022 & 2022, and same results.
Furthermore, I find surprisingly counter-intuitive that when comparing to Right key, the string Left key is given a higher match (66%) than Right Key (62%).
I believe counter-intuitive matchings will appear only for short strings like the one above.
Maybe Paul can shed some light…
