hiding certain segmenst in exported document

I am about to export a large document to Word.

About half of it is previous text, and thus locked in Trados.

A number of other segments are CMs, 100% matches, etc.

I would prefer not to export the locked segments at all (or at least see them in a different color, or whatever).

I would also like to know which segments are CMs and other high matches, and have them identified in one way or another.

Is there anyway to do this (as was possible in Deja Vu, for example)?

Thanks,

Alan

Do you mean creating a target document? I don't think this is possible.

But you can generate a sdlxliff file, containing what you wish and then export that one for bilingual review. To do so, use Advanced Display filter to filter on Unlocked segments and then press the Generate button there. When you then open the generated sdlxliff, it should contain only unlocked segments and can be exported as needed.
