Maybe you did not see the screen shot I added to my question with the Error Message in German: "Der Objektverweis wurde nicht auf eine Objektinstanz festgelegt". in english "The object reference was not set to an object instance" . I want to know what does the error message mean? Are there consequences behind this error for translations memories? How to solve this problem?
Thank you for responding in English. This error message is really undefined. If you confirm and nothing happens, there should be no consequences. To know exactly what caused it, switch the Studio GUI to English and save the error message next time using the disk symbol. Without this no one will be able to tell you what happened. In fact you didn't even tell us when or where this happened, what did you do before the error appeared and so on. With such general information no diagnostics is possible.

What Jerzy is referring to is that the error message you have is a very generic one and could be caused by many things. So a good starting point is to explain what you were doing when this occurred, and then provide the full error details that can be found by clicking on the disk symbol in the message, saving to your desktop, and then attaching to your reply (attach... DO NOT COPY PASTE or it might get picked up as spam and your post could get blocked):
