vielen Dank für Ihre Antwort. Ja, mein Zieltext hat noch mehrere leere Segmente, da die Übersetzung noch nicht abgeschlossen ist. Ich möchte aber einen Zwischenstand des Zieltexts in das Ursprungsdateiformat (PPT) exportieren, um verschiedene Zwischenfragen mit dem Auftraggeber zu klären. Auch über die Funktion "Vorschau" funktioniert der Export jedoch nicht.

Was ich bereits geprüft habe:

"Erweiterter Anzeigefilter" - Dokumentenstruktur -> filtern nach "WS/Sheet1" sowie nach den verschiedenen Tabellen-relevanten Segmenten (C/TBL/TR) --> bei allen leeren Segmentes habe ich den AT in den ZT kopiert und auf Status "Entwurf" gesetzt

dennoch gleiche Fehlermeldung.

Es sind noch leere Segmente (jedoch nicht in den genannten Dokumentenstruktur-Kategorien WS, C, TBL, TR) im Dokument. Kann ich trotzdme irgendwie exportieren?

Die Fehlermeldung ist identisch mit der Fehlermeldung beim Klicken auf den Button "Zieltext speichern" (Leere Blattnamen sind nicht zulässig):

Klicken Sie bitte auf Projekteinstellungen (File Types - Excel) und abwählen Sie die Blattnamen Option:

Thanks Elisa for your kind reply. I did what you told me to do and unchecked "sheet name" for both types of Excel files. Still the same error message though...Any other ideas?

I guess you know that you need to reimport the file in Trados Studio after making the change in File Types for those changes to take effect? For testing purposes you can add a renamed ppt file to your project and see if it works for the renamed file.

Thank you so much for your reply and sorry for not replying ever since. My office was closed and it is only today that I'm back at work ;-)
At first, your advice of renaming/reimporting the file seemed to work. Actually, I now can export the target file (no error message, saving the file seems to work). However, when opening the freshly saved file, PPT say that it can't read the file and needs to repair it (PowerPoint hat einProblem bei Inhalten in xxx erkannt. Power Point kann versuchen, die Präsentation zu reparieren. Wenn Sie der Quelle dieser Präsentation vertrauen, klicken Sie auf Reparieren"). After repairing, the file will open but with no content after displaying another error message: "PowerPoint konnte einige Inhalte in xxx nicht lesen und hat sie entfernt. Bitte überprüfen Sie die Präsentation, ob der Rest in Ordnung ist." --> All the slides are empty. However, the names of the slide deck structure (chapter names that are not on the slides itself) are correctly displayed...any ideas what might be the reasons?

There may be a tag issue… Did you run Verify (F8 shortcut) and check for tag issues? I mean, a missing tag for example?

Ok, I'm sorry for the confusion, I think I know why it didn't work: The client uses a specific font (which I don't have for confidential reasons). If I "erase" (=replace) these fonts in the source file before importing the exportation of the target file is now working (since I changed the parameters in SDL for the embedded file type "Excel" - don't translate sheet names). So, there was a combination of 2 problems ;-) Thank you for your precious help!
