Some of the HTML files are converted into SDLXLIFF - what to do?

Dear fellows, 
 I am using Trados Studio 2024 - 18.0.1.2259 
 I have a couple of HTML files (these are webpages saved as HTML files) that Trados do not want to convert to SDLXLIFF. It shows this error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. 
 
 I want to analyse the content of the files. Why cannot Trados convert these files and what can I do to analyse them: 
 CannotAnalyse.zip 
 
 I am attachnig also some files that are from the same website and that can be sucessfully converted and analysed: 
 CanAnalyse.zip 
 
 Your ideas are much appreciated. Thank you fo ryour time in advance!

 As always... a picture of that error message is about as useful as a chocolate teacup! You need to provide the full error stack by clicking on the disk symbol and saving the xml error file you get to your desktop and then provide it as an attachment here. 
 But irrespective... I just tried them and don't have a problem, so I don't think the files themselves are an issue:

Trados Studio > 1. Trados Studio
