Hello,
This morning I had a notification for an update in my software Trados Studio 2024 . I clicked on it in spite of the fact that the file was marked with 0 MB. I found it a little bit weird. Norton stopped the installation because of a virus (chainerhost.exe). Did someone face the same problem?

I am having the same problem, but it happened since 10 October 2024. It is hard to believe this is happening.

I updated my Norton excatly this month.And no, I have not read the article by Zoltán. It is too long and I am not versed in computer stuff.

Please run a live update of your Norton now. Download Trados Studio installation package (via the update notification). Go to the folder Download in your PC, right click the installer and chose "Run as admin". This should override Norton. However, I do really wonder, as my Norton did not block anything here.

I just did it and I still get the message:
Use "Mas opciones" to allow the app. Norton will let you install the software then. Strange enough, that the same application running in German does not make such problems.
