I've got a long Word docx with internal hyperlinks (when a table is mentioned, it links to the table itself later in the text).
In Studio, they're converted to tags that I'm unable to edit.
How can I translate those fields?
In the Word filetype, I've tried enabling various options (extract Document properties, Custom numbering, Content Controls), but none seem to work.

As far as I know, these are fields, which are always rendered as tags in Trados so that no translation is required. The contents of the tags appears somewhere in your file, i.e. the name of the table. When it is translated, Word will use this translation for the cross-reference.
Try creating a target text, highlight the entire text with CTRL+A and then press F9 to update field contents. This should convert the field contents to your target language.

I was so focused on fixing this in Trados that I forgot about updating the fields in Word afterwards.
