I can't open any files on my Studio 2022 bought in March 24. Error message, see below. Have tried rebooting computer, re-downloading Studio 2022. Nothing helps!!!!

    I get an error message (Page not found) when trying to open the path you indicated C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Trados\Trados Studio. Nothing seems to help here: I have rebooted the computer, restarted Studio 2022, updated Windows Office, re-downloaded Studio 2022 (3 times!). Not a single file opens up for me. I get 2 different error message: 'Key not found' and 'View PartReference cannot be full'. Also, part of the screen disappears so, that I can't close the software, except by turning of the whole computer (Printscreen below). I didn't migrate any old files from my old computer and Studio 2017 to this new one.

    Otherwise I want my money back from a software that doesn't work.
