"Unexpected exception when initializing view part Fragment Matches"

Hi! 

I'm trying to translate a bilingual Excel file using Trados 2022, but every time I try to open the file to be translated, I get the error message "Unexpected exception when initializing view part Fragment Matches".

Just after this message, I get another one:
