Issue with the start-up of Trados Studio 2022

Hi,

I have an issue with the start-up of Trados Studio 2022. I have downloaded a plugin called Project Term Extract but I downloaded it more than once and since then I am not able to start the software because an error message appears each time I start it. The message says that it's impossible to start the service. Also, I have tried some solutions like uninstall and reinstall Trados but it didn't worked. Therefore, I was wondering if it's possible for you to help me with this issue so I can use Trados Studio 2022 again ?
