I think I have solved the problem. I re-opened Studio and reloaded the customer's package and it went OK. Thanks vey much for your help!

This is strange. So you cannot save the SDLXLIFF file? Do you have any anti-virus software running? If so, please chande the settings there, which allow it to delete files from the Windows temp directory.
