Shortcut no longer working

Hi!
My shortcut for "confirm and move to next unconfirmed segment" (ctrl + enter) suddenly stopped working this morning. When I checked the shortcuts in options, it looked correct. To continue working, I had to change to a different shortcut (I now use alt + enter), which I can deal with right now as it's a bit of an emergency, but I would really like to go back to the old shortcut. It is not a problem with the ctrl key, which works for other shortcuts. Can you please help? I already tried repairing Trados, so that does not seem to be the issue.
