Hello!
This morning I was trying to open a file in a project but, after charging for a while, the system shuts down. I tried to open other files in other projets and everything was working fine.
Could the problem be due to these files, that may be corrupted, or can I try solving this problem differently?

Was the file already in the project?
Which kind of file is it? For example, if it’s a Word file, can you open it in Microsoft Word with no errors? If the file is corrupted, Trados Studio won’t be able to open it…

Is it just Trados Studio sutting down? Or does your PC reboots instead? Please define system here.
Did it happen once or several times with the same file?
Also, please post your setup here as well, namely full version of Trados Studio and Windows version.
