To disable a Trados plugin temporarily, you can follow these steps:

Step 1: Open Trados Studio.

Step 2: Go to the 'Welcome' view.

Step 3: From the left side panel, click on 'RWS Plugin Management'.

Step 4: From the Plugin Management window, select the plugin you want to disable.

Step 5: Instead of clicking on 'Uninstall', click on 'Disable'. This will disable the plugin without removing it completely.

Step 6: Close Trados Studio.

Please note that the plugin will remain disabled until you choose to enable it again. To enable the plugin, you can follow the same steps but click on 'Enable' in the Plugin Management window.

I suggest you post into this forum:  2. Trados Enterprise, Accelerate, Team & cloud capabilities in Studio 

Also rephrase your question to ask about add-ons and not plugins.  Plugins are for Trados Studio and add-ons are for the cloud products.  You should also explain what add-ons you are referring to and why you need them disabled.  Perhaps you're asking the wrong question.
