Document not appearing in Trados

Question

Hi there, 
 I recently bought a new laptop and have successfully transferred Trados Studio 2021 to the new one. Well... I thought I did everything well because I still can't translate documents. 
 When you create a new project, you have to add a document in the first step. You can't go to the next step without adding a document to translate. 
 I go through all the steps. All goes well. But when I go to Files to translate the document, there is no document to translate. 
 What do you think is wrong? What should I do?

 Please share a screenshot of the first step in the project wizard with the file added. 
 Please share a screenshot of the Files View after creating the project so we can see it's empty. 
 Make sure you show the full screen so we can see everything in Studio with these two screens open.
