Getting error Sdl.Desktop.Platform.Services.ITelemetryService - Tried all possible solutions

Question

Thanks in advace for our help. 
 I'm getting the Sdl.Desktop.Platform.Services.ITelemetryService error from Studio 2021 just out of the blue. What I tried until now: - Uninstal & Reinstall the programm - No results - Uninstall the programm to reinstall a previous version (Studio 2014 R1) - No result (actually a message says that I should remove a higher version still installed, which is not true) - Tried to rename the Studio folders "_old" in Local and Programs - No results I'm getting pretty desperate.
