My final translated file from FR > EN exports in the SOURCE language and NOT the target language.
The bilingual review shows both the FR source and the EN target. I have closed, re-booted, tried other documents and it doesn't resolve the problem. The language setting is indeed FR > EN

Did you run the Tag Verifier? My guess is that there are tags missing in the Target that you need to add. The Tag Verifier will tell you if there are any issues with tags. To run the Verifier, you need to tick Tag Verification check box in your Project Settings, then press F8 key and check the Messages queu:

I had run the Tag Verifier.
I completed a few tests over the weekend to try to understand the problem. And yes, I believe the problem came from the fact that it was a .pdf. More specifically, the language of the document scanned was set to ENGLISH (sent to me by an English client) rather than FRENCH (the actual language of the document). The contractor sent me an original .pdf. I re-created the project using both the new .pdf and a Word conversion. Both produced the proper final documents as usual.
