A colleague has moved the folder where the TMs are stored and since then I can't translate with a TM. I get this error message every time and it does'nt work if I click on the "ok" button to indicate a new access path

To see if the solution/fit is related to your network / PC setup....
Can you browse to that location within Windows - outside of Trados Studio?
Can you copy that TM to your desktop: DE-FR.sdltm?
Can you then use this local copy of the TM within Trados Studio?
Assuming you can, and the issue is specially in relation to this new location then you will need to review this internally?
It could be you dont have read/write access to this S: location.
